No-Risk Return Policy on Unsold Stock

We understand that not every product sells at every event. That's why Jaygee Industries offers a credit note for unsold stock returns — so your inventory is never a dead loss.

The credit note is applied against your next order in full. There is no restocking fee, no deduction, and no penalty. We want you to succeed — and we take on part of the inventory risk alongside you.

Return Conditions

  • Stock must be in its original, undamaged, saleable condition
  • All packaging must be intact and unopened — no torn boxes, no missing seals
  • Returns must be made within 60 days of your invoice date (90 days for Women Entrepreneur members)
  • A return authorisation must be requested before sending stock back
  • Return logistics (courier/freight) are at the seller's cost
  • Stock that has been opened, damaged, or is not in resaleable condition is not eligible for credit

Credit notes are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting returned stock. They are valid for 12 months from issue date and may be applied in full or in part against any future order.

How do I start selling Jaygee incense at markets and fairs?

Submit your seller enquiry via the Connect page. Tell us about your market — location, type, frequency, and estimated footfall. Our seller team will send a personalised Starter Pack with product recommendations, quantities, pricing, and a display guide within 24–48 hours.

What is the minimum order to get started?

Seller partners can start from one master carton per brand (typically 12–24 retail boxes). For Women Entrepreneur Programme members, the opening minimum is lower still. There is no minimum event commitment — sell at one fair a month or every weekend.

What exactly is the return and credit note policy?

Unsold stock returned in original, undamaged, saleable condition within 60 days of your invoice date (90 days for Women Entrepreneur members) earns a credit note for the full invoice value of the returned items. The credit is applied against your next order. Return logistics are at your cost. A return authorisation must be requested before shipping stock back.

Can I sell online as well as at markets?

Yes. Sell through your own website, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Instagram Shop or WhatsApp — wherever your customers are. We only ask that you respect our recommended retail price to protect brand value for all seller partners.

Are there special terms for women entrepreneurs?

Yes. Do I need a formal business registration to apply?

No. Many of our seller partners start as individuals selling at local markets. You do not need a registered business to apply. As your sales grow, you may wish to formalise — but it is not a requirement to start.

Do you ship to seller partners outside India?

Yes. We ship to seller partners in the UK, USA, UAE, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, and throughout Europe. Import customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer in their country. We provide full export documentation. Most first-time international orders arrive within 5–7 weeks by sea freight, or 1 week by air.
